Any payments will be refunded as soon as possible. If you have already
paid in advance,
iDEAL, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. If you pay by
Maestro, please note a processing time of 3 weeks.
For refunding payments that have already been paid (in advance), we also need your bank account number. For customers from abroad, we also need the IBAN, BIC / Swift number and place of their own bank.
Note: the account that you specify for the refunding payments must be equal to the account whose payment to First Light has done. This to prevent fraud with refunded payments.
