What happens if I'm not home?

If you are not at home when the package is being delivered, the driver leaves a message for you in the mailbox. UPS tries to deliver three times (not on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). If you are not at home, UPS keeps your shipment five days onto the nearest UPS center, unless it is a COD shipment (cash on delivery). If the shipment is not picked up within five working days, it will return to us. COD shipments (cash on delivery) are automatically sent back to us on the same day that the last delivery attempt is made.

If the package is sent by UPS and we have your e-mailadress you will receive an e-mail with a link so you can follow the package.
