Beam angle 45° The wider the light beam, the larger the illuminated surface. Brightness decreases as the beam widens, since the light is divided over a larger area.
For creating high contrasts it is therefore recommended to apply smaller light beams. However, contrasts that are too high can be distracting and can cause adjustment problems for the eye, which can be tiring. On the other hand, too little contrast creates a dull and flat impression.
Brand Sylvania If the product is unbranded, we do not have a regular supplier for itTherefore, the product version may slightly vary.
Colour code 930 Light colour is often represented with a 3 digit number. The first digit indicates the CRI (Colour Rendering Index) or CRI Ra value:
5 = 50-59
6 = 60-69
7 = 70-79
8 = 80-89
9 = 90-99
The last 2 digits are for colour temperature.
The higher the colour temperature, the cooler the impression of light.
Warm white creates a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. Neutral cool-white creates a more businesslike atmosphere.
Low lighting levels in interior must be obtained with warm-white light. If a very high level of light is needed, this must be achieved with neutral or cool white light.
2700K extra warm white
3000K warm white
3500K neutral white
4000K cool white
5000-5500K daylight
6000K cool daylight
Colour rendering index Ra 90 Light sources can be classified on the basis of their colour rendering properties. The unit for colour rendering is called CRI (Colour Rendering Index, or CRI Ra value). The scale of the Ra is from 50 to 100.
Ra = 90-100 excellent colour rendering properties
Ra = 80-90 good colour rendering properties
Ra = 60-80 moderate colour rendering properties
Ra <60 poor colour rendering properties
Fluorescent and PL lamps with an equal power, the luminous flux of Ra 90-100 tubes is typically 20% lower.
Colour temperature 3000K

Colour temperature is expressed in kelvin (K). The higher the colour temperature, the cooler the impression of the light:

2700K: extra warm white
3000K: warm white
3500K: neutral white
4000K: cool white
5000-5500K: daylight
6000K: cool daylight

Extra warm white creates a warm, inviting atmosphere (e.g. hotel, living room, and catering). Warm white can be used for a pleasant atmosphere (e.g. retail and office). Neutral cool white creates a more businesslike atmosphere, this color gives a sterile atmosphere.
Low lighting levels are obtained in interior with warm white light. If a very high level of light is needed, neutral or cool white light is a good choice.

Cover glass Yes A front glass has the advantage that the inner reflector cannot contaminate it.
Some lamps have a matte or coloured glass front.
Diameter 111mm Diameter in millimetres, measured at the widest point.
Dimmable No Some lamps and ballasts are dimmable. There are different types of dimmers and different ways to dim a ballast or transformer. In case of insufficient knowledge, please check with our sales department.
Heat output Forewards Many lamps are available in 2 versions: heat forwards or heat backwards. Please note the user manual of the fixture!
Lamp application General For many applications, there are special lamps. Maybe your application there and there is a more suitable lamp available.
Lamp base GX10 Cap, lamp holder or lamp base type.
Length 75mm Product length in millimetres. For fluorescent tubes, this excludes the metal pins on the end unless otherwise stated.
Luminous intensity 3500cd The light flux that is emitted in a certain direction. The unit of luminous intensity is the candela (cd).
Pieces per outer carton 15 Number of pieces per outer carton. To order full boxes of the item, please add it to your shopping basket in multiples of this amount.
UV filter Yes Many lamps have a UV filter against discolouration. This filter is often recognisable as a bluish glow over the lamp. If a lamp has a UV filter, this is indicated on its packaging and, in most cases, also on the lamp itself.
Wattage 35W The power that the bulb consumes. This does not include the loss of any ballast or transformer.
EAN code 5410288202020 EAN code is the barcode of an article which is used worldwide as article code. The EAN code extra is the code from the extra packing.
EAN code (extra) 15410288202027 EAN code is the barcode of an article which is used worldwide as article code. The EAN code extra is the code from the extra packing.
