Besides shipping, it is also possible to collect your order. This option can be selected at the bottom of the shopping cart summary before checkout. As soon as the order is ready, you will be notified by e-mail.
In case not all ordered items are in stock, you may also choose for 'pick-up - partial delivery' rather than regular pick-up. Partial delivery is possible up to a maximum of 2 deliveries per order. You can still decide to choose regular pick-up, in which case you will have to wait until the entire order is ready.
Collection notice
Your order can be collected once you have been notified by e-mail. This e-mail will include the opening hours and address of the collection desk.
We have neither showroom, physical store nor counter sales. Therefore, if you wish to collect items from us, you will always have to place an order first and wait until you receive a collection notice. Waiting time at the counter can be up to an hour if you come by without a collection notice.
Handling costs
For small pick-up orders < € 25,00 excluding VAT, handling costs are € 5,00 excluding VAT. From € 25,00, these are free of charge.
