Returns policy

Request RMA document

To return articles, you need to provide them with an RMA document (return merchandise authorization). You can only request this by e-mail (verkoop@firstlight.nl). We only take back returns that are provided with an RMA document.

In order to create an RMA document, we need the following information:

Reason for return
Invoice number
Article number(s)
Quantity to return

Return conditions

All articles need to be unused and undamaged.
All articles need to be returned complete, i.e. all potential accessories, user manuals and product stickers included.
All articles need to be in their original packaging. This packaging needs to be undamaged, blank (not written on) and not covered with stickers or labels.
Only items mentioned on the RMA document may be returned.
Items ordered especially for you, specially ordered quantities, items that have been custom made or sprayed in a special colour, emergency units, and batteries cannot be returned.
The right of withdrawal as it applies to consumers* expressly does not apply to business consumers.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for the return are at your expense.

*Right of withdrawal for consumers

One of the key provisions in the law Remote buying is the right of withdrawal of the consumer. Because consumers do not have the opportunity to see or test the goods before buying, they have the right to a period of 14 days in which the goods may be returned without providing a reason for return. The 14 day period starts at the time of delivery.
