Fluorescent lamps or fluorescent tubes are available in different light colours. The most common ones are included in our program. Each colour gives a room a different atmosphere:
• Colour 33-640: cool white with poor colour rendering, which makes different colours less distinct and provides lower light output compared to colour 840. Our advice: do not apply to professional lighting. For better colour rendition, higher light output, and longer life, 840 would be the right replacement.
• Colour 54-765: daylight colour with poor colour rendering, which makes different colours less distinct and provides lower light output compared to colour 865. Our advice: do not apply to professional lighting. For better colour rendition, higher light output, and longer life, 865 would be the right replacement.
• Colour 827: extra warm white with good colour rendering. Suitable for application in places where a warm, homely atmosphere is desired, such as in hospitality and residential areas. Can also be successfully applied in combination with SDW-T lamps.
• Colour 830: warm white with good colour rendering. Suitable for application in offices and shops.
• Colour 835: white with good colour rendering. Suitable for application in offices and shops.
• Colour 840: cool white with good colour rendering. Suitable for application in workshops, warehouses, and industrial kitchens.
• Colour 865: daylight colour with good colour reproduction. Suitable for application in workshops and warehouses.
• Colour 930: warm white with very good colour reproduction. To be applied in places where very high demands are made on colour rendition. The disadvantage of 930 is that the light output is approximately 20% lower than for colour 830, which means that more luminaires have to be applied compared to colour 830.
• Colour 940: cool white with excellent colour rendition. To be applied in places where very high demands are made on colour rendition. The disadvantage of 940 is that the light output is approximately 20% lower than for colour 840, which means that more luminaires have to be applied compared to colour 840.
• Colour 942: cool white with excellent colour rendition. To be applied in places where very high demands are made on colour rendition.
• Colour 950: daylight colour with excellent colour reproduction. To be applied in places where very high demands are made on colour rendition. • Colour 965: daylight colour with excellent colour reproduction. To be applied in places where very high demands are made on colour rendition. The disadvantage of 965 is that the light output is approximately 20% lower than for colour 865, which means that more luminaires have to be applied compared to colour 865.
Warm white light gives a room a more exclusive appearance. Cool white light makes a room look fresher, making this colour well applicable in areas where hygiene is important.
