You can cancel your order or an item from your order (except for custom or special painted products) by sending an e-mail to verkoop@firstlight.nl, or mail with your internet order number and your name and address .
Once your order has been successfully cancelled, your payment will be cancelled. Any payments will be refunded as soon as possible. If you have already paid in advance, Giropay or iDEAL, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. If you pay by paypal, creditcard or Maestro, please note a processing time of 3 weeks.
If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you have to refuse the package when it is being delivered.
