Any payments will be refunded as soon as possible. If you have already paid in advance, Giropay or iDEAL, the amount will be refunded within 14 days. If you paid by creditcard or Maestro, please note a processing time of 3 weeks.
To be able to refund advance payments, we also need your bank account number. In addition, for customers from abroad, we need the IBAN, BIC / Swift number and bank location. Please note that the provided bank account number for the refund must be equal to the account that was used for the payment to First Light. This is to prevent fraud with refunds.
