Properties
Manufacturer's article number 4099854300806 Manufacturer's part number.
Manufacturer's article number (old) 300806 Manufacturer's part number.
Application directly to the mains No These lamps can be applied directly to mains voltage 230V AC (alternating current)
Application to conventional ballast EM No These lamps can be applied on a conventional ballast (wounded coil, choke or magnetic ballast).
Application to electronic ballast EB No These lamps can be applied with an electronic ballast (EVSA or HF ballast). Consult the manufacturer's compatibility lists to check whether the combination is compatible.
Application to LED driver Yes These lamps can be applied to an LED driver. Please note the manufacturer's specifications for the correct current value.
Average life span 50000h The life span of a party of lamps of which 50% of the lamps will continue to function. Sometimes, incandescent or halogen lamps may become defective more quickly, but in case 50% of the lamps do still reach the lifespan, the lamps are still OK.
Ballast Exclusive A conventional ballast has a wound coil. It is somewhat cheaper to buy, but more expensive to run because more power is converted into heat. An electronic ballast not only has a lower power consumption, but it also has the advantage of longer lamp life.
Beam angle 120° The wider the light beam, the larger the illuminated surface. Brightness decreases as the beam widens, since the light is divided over a larger area.
For creating high contrasts it is therefore recommended to apply smaller light beams. However, contrasts that are too high can be distracting and can cause adjustment problems for the eye, which can be tiring. On the other hand, too little contrast creates a dull and flat impression.
Brand Ledvance If the product is unbranded, we do not have a regular supplier for itTherefore, the product version may slightly vary.
Built-in motion detector No

Luminaire or lamp has a built-in motion detector. The light will switch on when a movement is detected.

Colour code 830 Light colour is often represented with a 3 digit number. The first digit indicates the CRI (Colour Rendering Index) or CRI Ra value:
5 = 50-59
6 = 60-69
7 = 70-79
8 = 80-89
9 = 90-99
The last 2 digits are for colour temperature.
The higher the colour temperature, the cooler the impression of light.
Warm white creates a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. Neutral cool-white creates a more businesslike atmosphere.
Low lighting levels in interior must be obtained with warm-white light. If a very high level of light is needed, this must be achieved with neutral or cool white light.
2700K extra warm white
3000K warm white
3500K neutral white
4000K cool white
5000-5500K daylight
6000K cool daylight
Colour rendering index Ra 80 Light sources can be classified on the basis of their colour rendering properties. The unit for colour rendering is called CRI (Colour Rendering Index, or CRI Ra value). The scale of the Ra is from 50 to 100.
Ra = 90-100 excellent colour rendering properties
Ra = 80-90 good colour rendering properties
Ra = 60-80 moderate colour rendering properties
Ra <60 poor colour rendering properties
Fluorescent and PL lamps with an equal power, the luminous flux of Ra 90-100 tubes is typically 20% lower.
Colour temperature 3000K

Colour temperature is expressed in kelvin (K). The higher the colour temperature, the cooler the impression of the light:

2700K: extra warm white
3000K: warm white
3500K: neutral white
4000K: cool white
5000-5500K: daylight
6000K: cool daylight

Extra warm white creates a warm, inviting atmosphere (e.g. hotel, living room, and catering). Warm white can be used for a pleasant atmosphere (e.g. retail and office). Neutral cool white creates a more businesslike atmosphere, this color gives a sterile atmosphere.
Low lighting levels are obtained in interior with warm white light. If a very high level of light is needed, neutral or cool white light is a good choice.

Constant current 350mA For constant current drive LED's are connected in series. The driver must be able to provide the appropriate current.
Diameter 16,5mm Diameter in millimetres, measured at the widest point.
Dim to warm No

Dim to warm is a dimming technique that adjusts colour temperature as the light is dimmed: it shifts from warm white to extra warm white when fully dimmed. This technique has various names, such as Dimtone or Glowdim.

Dimmable Yes Some lamps and ballasts are dimmable. There are different types of dimmers and different ways to dim a ballast or transformer. In case of insufficient knowledge, please check with our sales department.
Eprel registration number 1956109 Eprel (European Product Registry for Energy Labelling) registration number.
IP protection degree IP20

The IP (Ingress Protection) code indicates the degree of protection against ingress of moisture and solid objects. The code consists of two firures.
The first figure indicates the protection against objects and dust:
IP 0x - not protected
IP 1x - protected against objects with a diameter above 50 mm
IP 2x - protected from objects with a diameter greater than 12 mm (touch safe)
IP 3x - protected from objects with a diameter greater than 2.5 mm
IP 4x - protected against objects with a diameter greater than 1 mm
IP 5x - protected against dust ( dust )
IP 6x - dustproof

The second figure indicats the protection against water:
IP x0 - unprotected (plain)
IP x1 - Protected against dripping water (drip)
IP x2 - Protected against dripping water when tilted to 15 degrees
IP x3 - protected against spraying water (rain tight)
IP x4 - protected against splashing water (splash proof)
IP x5 - protected against water jets (splashproof)
IP x6 - protected from rainstorms
IP x7 - protected against accidental immersion (30 minutes to 1 meter deep) (waterproof)
IP x8 - protected from stay under water (pressure proof)

Lamp base 2GX13 (4-pins) Cap, lamp holder or lamp base type.
Luminous flux 1550lm The amount of light transmitted by the light source per second. The unit of luminous flux is the lumen (lm).
Number of switch cycles 200000 The life span of a lamp may be limited by the number of switch cycles, which is the number of times a lamp can be switched on and off before it becomes defective.
Outside diameter 225mm Outside diameter for round items.
Pieces per outer carton 10 Number of pieces per outer carton. To order full boxes of the item, please add it to your shopping basket in multiples of this amount.
Power factor 0,9 Power factor is the ratio between net power and apparent power. The PF is the value that indicates how efficiently electrical power is delivered to the consumer. Ideally, the PF is equal to 1. Anything below 1 means that additional power is required to deliver the desired power to the consumer.
Temperature range -20° to 45° C If applied outside the specified temperature range, the components will not function properly.
Wattage 11,6W The power that the bulb consumes. This does not include the loss of any ballast or transformer.
Wattage equivalent 22W Replacement bulb power specified by the manufacturer. A CFL and LED display average 5x as much light compared to a standard bulb. To the CFL or LED power available divide the bulb power by 5.
EAN code 4099854300806 EAN code is the barcode of an article which is used worldwide as article code. The EAN code extra is the code from the extra packing.
EAN code (extra) 4099854300813 EAN code is the barcode of an article which is used worldwide as article code. The EAN code extra is the code from the extra packing.
